About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing key accounts within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on experience working with or within Healthcare or Lifesciences companies. This is an exciting opportunity to drive client relationships, grow revenue, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services
  • Prior experience working with or managing Healthcare & Lifesciences accounts
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry
  • Located on the East Coast, preferably in New York or New Jersey
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in IT Services, QA, or Staffing within the Life Sciences domain
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business challenges, and strategic goals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and account reviews
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
