The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $62,300.00 – $103,900.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to % or $ $27,200.00, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Account Managers will produce positive sales growth for a specific geography or vertical market with an average of 35-40 current accounts and average of $5.5M dollars annually. Use Grainger's Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce, to perform all the aspects of business daily. You will report to the District Sales Manager of Commercial.
