About The Position

Altus Group is hiring an Account Manager, Client Engagement & Adoption for its growing Mid-Market team. Reporting to the Mid-Market Account Management Leader, this role manages approximately 150 existing commercial real estate client accounts as the primary point of contact for client engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. It is remote-first in the United States, with Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred, and supports Northeast U.S. territories. Occasional travel of 25% or less is required for client engagement, meetings, and events. The position is part of a newly established mid-market structure that the successful candidate can help shape as it scales. It offers exposure to technology and commercial real estate, with stated career pathways into enterprise account management, sales, or future leadership roles. Altus Group describes a high-trust, high-performance culture and offers mentorship, access to its Altus Intelligence Academy, and a flexible Activity-Based Work model.
