About The Position

FlightStory is building its foundational US commercial team, and we're hiring an Account Manager, Brand Partnerships to be the operational backbone behind our US Brand Partnerships Leads as they build and scale a fast-growing portfolio of creator IP in-market. This is a foundational revenue support role for someone who is organized, detail-obsessed, and energized by making a fast-moving sales operation run smoothly. You'll sit at the center of every deal - turning pitches into polished proposals, keeping every deliverable on track, and making sure every campaign that gets sold gets delivered flawlessly. As the US business scales, this role has a path to grow in scope that can be shaped to passion and skills; eventually into a sales seat of its own, or a long-term opportunity leading 360 branded content campaign executions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience in account management, sales support, media planning, or campaign management - ideally in podcasting, digital media, creative agency, or creator economy sales.
  • Highly organized and detail-obsessed - you catch the things others miss, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts, deals, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, still-being-built environment.
  • Confident building clean, professional decks and pricing materials (strong PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel/Sheets skills).
  • Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable owning data hygiene and reporting cadences.
  • A clear, professional communicator who can represent FlightStory well with brand and agency contacts, including junior and mid-level agency planners.
  • A collaborative team player who is energized by supporting senior sellers and making them more effective - not just executing tasks, but anticipating what's needed next.
  • Genuinely interested in podcasting, creator-led media, and the business of brand partnerships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with podcast analytics or ad-serving platforms (e.g. Megaphone, YouTube Analytics, Podsights).
  • Exposure to usage rights, talent fee structures, or content licensing.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup commercial team.
  • Existing familiarity with US media holding companies or agency planning teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full commercial lifecycle across our US creator roster - including The Diary Of A CEO and Hot Smart Rich - from first pitch through campaign delivery and renewal.
  • Support on-brand pitch decks, media proposals, and pricing outlines in response to inbound briefs and outbound pitches to US brands and agencies.
  • Maintain up-to-date rate cards, sponsorship inventory, and packaging frameworks across podcast, video, social, newsletter formats and in the future, more IRL activations.
  • Assist with briefing materials in advance of client and agency meetings.
  • Support logging activity and updating deal stages so deal information is accurate and current.
  • Track sell-through and inventory availability across DOAC, HSR, and future US creator-led brands.
  • Proactively flag renewal windows, at-risk deals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and agencies once a deal is closed, ensuring a seamless handoff from sale to execution.
  • On-site support of content shoots with Creator talent where required.
  • Coordinate with in house creative, production, and partner management teams to project manage briefs through to execution: traffic assets, review content, plan lead times and delivery dates, and troubleshoot issues before they affect the client.
  • Manage invoicing and support contracting and usage-rights details in partnership with finance and legal.
  • Compile post-campaign performance reports and case studies that inform renewals and future pitches.
  • Support activation of FlightStory's presence at trade events (Podcast Movement, Advertising Week, Upfronts, SXSW).
  • Support the build-out of the commercial playbook - templates, packaging, and process - that the wider US team will run on.
  • Partner cross-functionally with global sales, creative, partner management, and production teams to keep every deal moving.
