About The Position

At LoadUp, our partners count on us to take care of their customers the same way we take care of our own. As an Account Manager, Partnerships, you'll own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of partner accounts, including e-commerce brands, retailers, moving and logistics companies, and property managers. You'll make sure they're onboarded smoothly, billed accurately, and supported quickly when issues come up. This is an execution-focused, high-communication role on our Business Development team. You'll report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Partner Support to keep accounts running smoothly and build partner relationships that support retention and growth. This is a full-time role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, partner or vendor support, customer success, or a similar client-facing operations role
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented tone, and a commitment to consistent, timely responses to partner emails and account issues
  • Strong organization, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and open items at once without dropping details
  • A calm, patient, solutions-first approach to resolving concerns from frustrated partners or customers
  • Basic familiarity with invoicing and accounts receivable workflows
  • A team-first attitude and the ability to collaborate across Accounting, Operations, and Partner Support

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a CRM (ideally HubSpot) and support or ticketing tools preferred
  • Experience in logistics, delivery, e-commerce, or a related industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up new partner accounts end-to-end, including credit applications, required compliance documentation, and partner portal credentials
  • Configure partner-specific account settings such as branding, pricing and item mappings, and integration or test environments as needed
  • Own onboarding, quoting, service issues, and billing follow-up for an assigned portfolio of partner accounts
  • Provide accurate, timely quotes for service requests, including location- or scope-based pricing adjustments, and re-quote when a job's scope changes after the fact
  • Coordinate with delivery and installation partners on scheduling, day-of issues, and changes to a job's scope
  • Serve as the first point of contact for partner-reported service issues and drive them to resolution with Operations and Partner Support
  • Respond promptly to partner questions about their account, orders, and reporting, escalating platform or data limitations when needed
  • Troubleshoot account access and login issues for new and existing users
  • Monitor outstanding invoices for assigned accounts and follow up on overdue balances on a predictable, proactive cadence
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with the Accounting team and provide supporting documentation, such as proof of service and receipts, on request
  • Uphold LoadUp's brand values in every partner interaction
  • Travel occasionally (up to 25% of the time) for partner visits, industry conferences, and trade shows
