About The Position

FlightStory is building its foundational US commercial team and is hiring an Account Manager, Brand Partnerships. This role will serve as the operational backbone for the US Brand Partnerships Leads, supporting the growth of a creator IP portfolio. It is a revenue support position for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure a fast-moving sales operation runs smoothly. The Account Manager will be central to every deal, from transforming pitches into proposals, managing deliverables, and ensuring flawless campaign execution. As the US business expands, this role offers growth potential into a sales position or a leadership role in executing branded content campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales support, media planning, or campaign management, preferably in podcasting, digital media, creative agency, or creator economy sales.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, deals, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in building professional decks and pricing materials using PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel/Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a commitment to data hygiene and reporting.
  • Clear, professional communication skills suitable for representing FlightStory with brand and agency contacts.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to supporting senior sellers.
  • Genuine interest in podcasting, creator-led media, and brand partnerships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with podcast analytics or ad-serving platforms (e.g., Megaphone, YouTube Analytics, Podsights).
  • Exposure to usage rights, talent fee structures, or content licensing.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup commercial team.
  • Existing familiarity with US media holding companies or agency planning teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full commercial lifecycle for the US creator roster, including The Diary Of A CEO and Hot Smart Rich, from pitch to campaign delivery and renewal, in close partnership with US Brand Partnerships Leads.
  • Create on-brand pitch decks, media proposals, and pricing outlines for inbound briefs and outbound pitches to US brands and agencies.
  • Maintain updated rate cards, sponsorship inventory, and packaging frameworks for various formats including podcast, video, social, newsletter, and future IRL activations.
  • Assist with briefing materials for client and agency meetings.
  • Log activity and update deal stages in CRM to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track sell-through and inventory availability across existing and future US creator-led brands.
  • Proactively identify renewal windows, at-risk deals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and agencies post-deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to execution.
  • Provide on-site support for content shoots with Creator talent when required.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, production, and partner management teams to manage briefs through execution, including trafficking assets, reviewing content, planning lead times, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Manage invoicing and support contracting and usage-rights details in collaboration with finance and legal.
  • Compile post-campaign performance reports and case studies to inform future strategies.
  • Support the activation of FlightStory's presence at industry trade events.
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial playbook, including templates, packaging, and processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with global sales, creative, partner management, and production teams to ensure deal progression.
