FoundersCard is seeking an Account Manager to own and scale benefit partnerships post-close. This role is the primary day-to-day point of contact for partners, ensuring flawless execution of benefits, managing communications, and delivering a seamless experience for both partners and members. The Account Manager will collaborate with Marketing, Member Services, Product, and Operations to launch, maintain, and optimize partnerships. This is an execution-focused role that directly supports partner success and enables senior team members to concentrate on strategic growth and new partnership development. This role is critical to the success of the partner ecosystem, ensuring flawless execution of benefits, directly impacting member experience and partner satisfaction, and driving the scaling of a key growth and retention channel.
