About The Position

Partly is hiring an Account Manager, Appraiser to work directly with customers and vehicle claims appraisers, connect Partly’s value to their day-to-day needs, and turn those needs into long-term programmes built on Partly’s Interpreter. The role owns customer relationships end to end, from setting up pilots and measuring results to building evidence that supports adoption of the workflow. It also brings customer experience and claims workflow feedback to Partly’s Product team. The position is aimed at someone with US auto claims or appraisal experience who wants to change how repairs and parts are handled at scale. Partly is scaling across the US, UK, and Australasia. Relocation assistance may be available for employees moving to join the company. Partly describes its workplace as office-first in cities where it has an office, with employees generally expected to work from the office every day. The company also describes a high-trust environment in which employees can manage their time around their lives and flex their schedules.
