The Account Management Specialist serves as the primary relationship manager and thought partner, coordinating the development of strategic advertising plans with clients and internal teams. This Specialist oversees the entire client relationship, from coordinating the sales proposal with the sales team to gathering information needed for the Ad Ops team to execute the campaign. Acting as the main contact for client communication, the Specialist manages interactions from contract signing through launch, campaign optimization, and post-campaign reporting, working closely with the Analytics team. The Specialist also seeks ways to improve client relationships and identifies new opportunities to grow accounts with Macy’s Media Network.
