Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years in advertising, market access and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong management experience
  • Verbal and written communication and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to work within a team are required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for portfolio of products across 1 manufacturer.
  • Help lead a team.
  • Manage account finances both internally and externally in a detailed manner, forecasting work accurately.
  • Think big picture about the pipeline.
  • Ability to identify colleagues/experts to bring in depending on client challenges/asks- translate that information in a way that makes sense for the client.
  • Lead a team and provide long-term strategic direction and short- and long-term execution direction for brands and for the portfolio as needed.
  • Synthesize information into meaningful strategies.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of the account and make recommendations for change.
  • Responsible for direct reports’ career growth.
  • Work with Director of Client Services and Creative Directors to ensure that account is staffed appropriately to meet client needs.
  • Identify and participate in agency new business initiatives as requested.
