About The Position

TerraImm is looking for a driven Account Executive to serve as the first point of contact for individuals beginning their visa journey. In this role, you will help prospective clients understand our services, assess their needs, and guide them through the initial stages of the visa process. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and create meaningful relationships will directly contribute to our clients' success and the continued growth of our organization.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Professional, empathetic, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for helping individuals and families navigate important life decisions.
  • Spanish – Required

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective clients through phone calls, email, digital platforms, and in-person meetings.
  • Explain TerraImm’s services clearly, professionally, and compassionately.
  • Assess client needs and determine eligibility for available services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead activity within the CRM system.
  • Conduct timely follow-up communications to ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Service and Processing teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
  • Represent TerraImm at community events, networking opportunities, workshops, and outreach activities.
  • Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
