About The Position

Fast Home Services is seeking a builder for their Washington State B2B commercial market. This role involves taking an already growing commercial book of business and driving it to a new level through prospecting, relationship management, and a drive to win. The Account Executive will own a portfolio of commercial accounts including property managers, restaurant groups, assisted living operators, commercial developers, and franchise owners across Washington State. Compensation includes a competitive base, a tiered commission structure with no earning ceiling, and direct compensation for growth produced. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of opening doors, closing deals, and outperforming expectations in a field sales environment.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting commercial accounts across property management, hospitality, healthcare, new construction, and franchise channels.
  • Accountable for pipeline development, deal execution, and revenue growth against a monthly Sold Revenue target of $150,000.
  • Target and close new business with property management companies, restaurant groups (multi-unit and franchise), assisted living and healthcare facilities, commercial new build general contractors, and franchise owners across multiple brands and verticals.
  • Prospect independently through cold outreach, trade relationships, HD Supply and other supplier partnerships, and referral networks.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract and project kickoff.
  • Work closely with the SVP of Sales and operations team to structure projects that meet margin requirements and earn Deal Approval.
  • Keep your pipeline current, report weekly on activity and projected close dates, and communicate proactively on any risks to forecast.
  • Attend trade shows, supplier events, property management association meetings, and local business networking events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Washington State B2B territory and develop/execute a territory sales plan targeting commercial accounts.
  • Build and manage a high-value account portfolio, targeting and closing new business with property management companies, restaurant groups, assisted living and healthcare facilities, commercial new build general contractors, and franchise owners.
  • Drive deal sourcing and pipeline velocity through independent prospecting (cold outreach, trade relationships, supplier partnerships, referral networks) and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Sales and operations team on deal approvals and project scoping, ensuring margin requirements are met.
  • Maintain CRM discipline and forecast accuracy, reporting weekly on activity and projected close dates.
  • Represent the brand in the market by attending trade shows, supplier events, and networking events.
