About The Position

Lind Media Company is seeking a driven and personable Sales Account Executive to join their team, focusing on the North-Central Ohio Markets. This full-time role involves selling strategic outdoor advertising solutions, managing client relationships, and helping local businesses grow. The position requires 3 days a week in the office and 2 days actively engaging clients and prospects in a designated territory. Requirements

  • A passion for sales and a genuine excitement about each win
  • Strong communication, organization, and self-motivation skills
  • Comfort with cold calling—both in person and by phone
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus)
  • A valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales experience (especially in media, advertising, or outdoor)

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory: generate leads, make in-person and phone sales calls, and build relationships with local advertisers
  • Promote and sell outdoor advertising campaigns tailored to each client's goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Conduct territory research, marketing surveys, and site evaluations
  • Educate clients on outdoor advertising strategies and ROI
  • Manage your time efficiently between office and field work
  • Stay resilient, motivated, and solutions-focused—even when you hear “no”
