About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally excellent Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support and execute thought leadership and executive positioning strategies. This is an execution-driven, operational role requiring a blend of project management, social media savvy, and corporate professionalism. You will manage the day-to-day coordination, content trafficking, and community management for high-profile executive LinkedIn accounts. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, possesses razor-sharp attention to detail, and has the poise and judgment required to navigate complex corporate structures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an agency setting (PR, Social, or Digital) or an in-house corporate communications role.
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn (publishing, analytics, and community management).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with the consulting, accounting, professional services, or financial industries.
  • An editorial eye for proofreading, formatting, and compliance.
  • The ability to navigate complex, multi-layered approval chains and recognize brand risks.
  • Familiarity with or a strong curiosity for leveraging AI/LLM tools to optimize workflow efficiency, content ideation, and reporting.
  • Ability to anticipate next steps, identify bottlenecks, and flag solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain status trackers, WIP documents, and timelines across multiple project lines.
  • Schedule and run internal meetings (including key weekly alignment sessions), capture action items, and manage traffic flow across the agency.
  • Handle high-frequency publishing and daily monitoring of comments/messages on executive LinkedIn accounts.
  • Engage using approved brand voices, triage inbox messages, conduct social listening, and escalate risks when necessary.
  • Manage rigorous feedback and approval rounds with day-to-day stakeholders.
  • Assist with fact-checking, sourcing assets, packaging content, and occasionally drafting social copy.
  • Manage timesheets, write meeting notes (contact reports) and status reports, and keep shared folders and Monday.com boards organized.
  • Own the delivery of editorial calendars, draft social copy, community management logs, performance/sentiment reports, and meeting contact reports.
