About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Account (Sales) Executive to drive new logo acquisition and long-term client growth. This is a hunter role for a proven seller who wants to close deals, leverage support resources for successful execution & growth, and stay connected to the clients they win.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of successful sales experience in value-based 3PL Truckload & Multi-modal services
  • Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work across departments and roles
  • Solid industry knowledge including customer needs and competitive landscape
  • Experience growing accounts post-sale

Responsibilities

  • Close new logo business from targeted shippers
  • Own and grow the accounts you secure, driving retention and expansion
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
  • Partner with Account Management, Operations, and shared services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
