About The Position

Eden is transforming the way consumers access care in aesthetics, telehealth, and pharmacy by building trusted, patient-first brands that deliver results—safely and compliantly. Our model brings together access to providers, technology infrastructure, and a modern consumer experience across verticals like medical weight loss, hormone therapy, wellness, and medspa services. We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to promote and grow Eden Pharmacy services by engaging with healthcare providers, including physicians, medical spas, and telehealth platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships, increasing prescription volume, and supporting providers with custom compounded solutions, wellness therapies, aesthetics, and more.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales (compounding or wellness sales preferred).
  • Proven success in account management and consultative selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with aesthetics, wellness medicine, telehealth models, or functional medicine is a plus.
  • Experience with compounded medications and pharmacy services.
  • Network of providers in aesthetics, HRT, weight loss, or integrative medicine.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA, and pharmacy compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new provider accounts including doctors' offices, med spas, wellness clinics, and telehealth platforms.
  • Promote pharmacy services such as compounded medications, weight loss therapies (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide), hormone replacement, dermatology products, and other customized therapies.
  • Educate providers on clinical benefits, patient outcomes, and practice growth strategies.
  • Manage ongoing account relationships through regular check-ins, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with internal pharmacy teams (pharmacists, operations, customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment and provider satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
