About The Position

MMDSmart is seeking an Account Executive for the MENA region to develop and implement effective sales strategies, generate new business opportunities, and close deals. The role focuses on cloud communications, delivering IT products to businesses in over 100 countries. MMDSmart, established in 2007, is a leading supplier in cloud communications, driven by innovative team members who impact their Messaging and Voice solutions, empowering clients to communicate more effectively. Requirements

  • Proven track record of over achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS products with focus on “Customer Experience”
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and AI sales automation tools
  • Experience with successful usage of Sales-Methodologies like MEDDIC
  • Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes
  • Established professional network and ability to leverage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar SaaS/CPaaS Sales-Role

Nice To Haves

  • Another Middle Eastern language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with Business Development Representative (BDR) for increasing qualified pipeline
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Applying strong focus on value selling and offering personalized solution offerings
  • Providing product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiating (multi-year)contracts and pricing
  • Identifying and managing up- and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Professional Sales-Forecasting
