As our newest Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with Attorneys and Law Firms to generate referral business and provide top-quality customer service. You will benefit from Cartiga’s high-level relationships with law firms and contacts that will help you hit-the-ground running and bring in additional clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders and become part of a dynamic, fast-growing yet stable company. This role is remote based, requiring the ability to work from home and be available to travel/visit clients a majority of the time. Base pay is in the $65,000 - $75,000 range depending on experience with commission potential of $140,000.00-240,000.00 for top performers. This role is not sponsorable. What you will take on: As the Account Executive, you will focus on generating new business by building relationships with new and existing clients (law firms, attorneys, and their associates). You will be the primary point of contact with the attorney clients supported by a top-notch processing and service department assisting the referred plaintiff client through the application process. Excellent customer service, follow-up skills and effective communication are key to succeeding in this role.

Requirements

  • Legal/Medical/Financial Services industry sales experience is a PLUS
  • You have 1-5+ years of B2B sales, account management and relationship building experience
  • You are a polished and effective communicator—well-spoken, personable, and direct yet tactful
  • You are a "go-getter" like us—accountable with an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
  • You are charismatic, collaborative and can develop relationships with a variety of roles including internal and external clients (administrative and executive staff, including business-owners)
  • You are organized, dependable and have excellent time-management skills (you must be able to oversee multiple accounts at once, arrive early for meetings/appointments, and be diligent at following-up)
  • You pay close attention to detail and are a diligent note-taker/note-maker
  • Preferably, you have worked on Salesforce or any CRM to manage client files
  • You are computer savvy and proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook email/calendar)
  • You can think quickly, problem-solve, and project confidence (even when you don’t have all the answers)
  • You are professional, take pride in your work and have a strong work-ethic
  • You dress for success, always well-groomed in front of clients and at business events
  • You have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Legal/Medical/Financial Services industry sales experience is a PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Networking with lawyers and law firms in-person, online, making cold/warm calls, and follow-up calls to generate new business
  • Building relationships with attorneys and law firm clients by thinking creatively and developing ways to make you and Cartiga their go-to source for their funding needs
  • Diligently utilize Salesforce tools to effectively manage the sales process and maintain relevant activity, notes, and case status
  • Manage and maintain accounts — prepare emails, documents, and contracts, while paying close attention to details and documenting them in Salesforce
  • Work in collaboration with attorney clients and your support team to ensure that plaintiffs funding application and contract get approved
  • Attend sales conferences and meetings, as needed
