About The Position

Join the Midwest’s leading fiber-driven technology provider to drive growth across rural Nebraska. Great Plains Communications manages a massive 19,000-mile network. We need a high-energy sales hunter to connect mid-to-large enterprises with state-of-the-art network infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of telecom sales experience.
  • Understanding of Internet, UCaaS, Firewall, and Managed Wi-Fi.
  • Valid driver’s license and 40% monthly regional travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong contract negotiation, public relations, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, present, and close high-value network service contracts.
  • Partner with large enterprises and telecom carriers.
  • Structure complex client and partner contracts.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Billing teams.
  • Build accurate sales forecasts and expense budgets.
  • Meet or exceed regular regional sales targets.
