Aerowave Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The company specializes in providing safety and security technology solutions, including two-way radio systems and surveillance and access control solutions, to a diverse client base for over 20 years. Requirements

  • Successful experience in an inside sales or sales support role.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Prior success in meeting and exceeding quota goals.
  • Thrive while working in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic prospector.
  • Successful experience in customer service.
  • Consultative approach with internal and external teams.
  • Skilled at communicating with every level of client.
  • Prior experience maintaining detailed sales activity information within the CRM.
  • Prior experience generating sales quotes and orders.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about products and solutions.
  • Prior success in over-the-phone and in person sales in an office environment.
  • 1 to 2+ years of technical solutions sales experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Seek to understand before seeking to be understood, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills including C Suite interactions.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • NetSuite CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quota goals as an individual and team.
