Account Executives are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the Commercial and Industrial lines of business. This role involves identifying viable leads, acquiring new business, and targeting new opportunities from competitors. The focus is on opportunities with a revenue band of $200-$2000 per month. The Account Executive will maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends to anticipate customer needs, and possess thorough knowledge of the company’s services, pricing, and ability to offer additional services. Establishing long-term business relationships with new clients to grow revenue and meet pricing objectives is crucial. The role also includes executing service agreements, building relationships and increasing company visibility through participation in company-sponsored activities, trade shows, and community events. Collaboration with the Operations Team and Customer Service department is essential to address customer needs, and performing site visits as required. Daily utilization of Salesforce.com for scheduling, documenting activities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving weekly activity standards is expected. The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving and/or exceeding monthly growth quotas and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
