The company builds high-performing funnels, ad campaigns, AI tools, and sales systems. The Account Executive role is a full-time position within a fast-growing, high-performance team, working directly with ambitious business owners to maximize their digital marketing results. Requirements

  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of around 20 client accounts as their primary point of contact
  • Building strong, long-term relationships based on trust
  • Helping clients get the most from their digital marketing—ads, funnels, and content
  • Leading bi-weekly review calls to discuss performance and next steps
  • Analysing campaign data (including Google Ads and Facebook Ads) ahead of client meetings
  • Translating PPC performance into clear, actionable insights
  • Creating and managing Facebook lead generation and retargeting campaigns
  • Working closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns launch on time
  • Identifying client needs and developing strategic, creative solutions
  • Supporting content creation (ad angles, hooks, messaging, and social ideas)
  • Helping clients generate consistent leads and sales to grow their businesses and impact more lives
  • Deliver a world-class client experience that drives retention, loyalty, and results
  • Ensure smooth project delivery by coordinating timelines, assets, and internal teams
  • Turning client goals into clear, actionable marketing strategies
  • Support and mentor your marketing assistant
