About The Position

As a Media Account Executive, you will serve as the primary liaison between our media company and our clients, driving revenue by selling multi-platform advertising solutions (broadcast, digital, CTV, and social). You are responsible for prospecting new business, managing existing client relationships, and developing strategic, results-driven campaigns that meet client goals.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in media sales, advertising agency, or B2B sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic buying).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate rates and close sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, prospect, and pitch new local/regional business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and consistent communication.
  • Create and present compelling, data-driven, multi-media advertising proposals (TV, Radio, Digital, OTT/CTV, Social) that align with client objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, from initial strategy to campaign monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, manage budgets, and ensure timely invoicing.
