The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys the thrill of the chase, and has a knack for building relationships and closing deals.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years’ proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and fintech products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Exceptional pipeline management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle objections effectively and close deals
  • Competitive, driven, and passionate about sales

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets, use various tools and strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline, and cold call, email, and use social media to reach out to potential clients.
  • Sales Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects, effectively communicate the value propositions of Procare's SaaS and fintech products, and schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understand clients' needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, and provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities and opportunities using CRM software, maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients, ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and prepare and present regular sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Objection Handling: Identify and address client objections with confidence and professionalism, use strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome hurdles and close deals, and adapt sales strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions.
  • Competitive Drive: Demonstrate a strong, competitive spirit and a passion for sales, consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, and thrive on the challenge of converting leads into customers and winning new business.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, work closely with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and improvements, and participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
