About The Position

At PosiTrace by Global Fleet Management, we are a fast-growing SaaS technology company specializing in GPS fleet tracking and telematics solutions. With continued expansion across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, we are building a high-performing and collaborative sales team focused on innovation, customer success, and long-term growth. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive with a strong background in outbound sales, cold calling, and business development to help us acquire and grow new customer relationships. As an Account Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, helping businesses identify operational challenges and demonstrating how our GPS and fleet management solutions can support their success. You will work closely with our Sales Leadership team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, telemarketing, or SaaS sales
  • Proven success in generating new business and closing deals
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (60+ daily touchpoints)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Team-oriented attitude with a collaborative approach

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and social selling strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients across multiple industries
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and pain points
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to continuously improve sales strategies and processes
  • Represent PosiTrace as a knowledgeable and trusted product expert
