About The Position

The ideal candidate is passionate about food and people, possesses a go-getter mentality with the ability to innovate, and enjoys collaborating with management and team members throughout the sales process. Confident individuals who are not afraid to pick up the phone or visit restaurants to speak with prospective clients are encouraged to apply. This role is dedicated to contributing to the growth of the community and the SpotHopper brand. Previous experience in the service industry is a plus. The full Account Executive position is perfect for those with experience in sales, specifically in SaaS, marketing, full cycle, and hunter-oriented roles that incorporate cold outreach. Account Executives start with SpotHopper's world-class training process and then quickly jump into the field, meeting with owners and making sales. This role offers a built-in progression path with endless opportunities to move into management, training, and new roles within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full cycle, from cold outreach to close
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team
  • Focus on bringing new business, selling to locally owned bars and restaurants using a consultative approach
  • Get into the field, meeting in person with owners demonstrating the SpotHopper platform and all offerings, working with them to fill their needs
  • Hold 1-4 meetings per day, in person at the bar or restaurant with the owner
  • Cover a territory of roughly 45-1 hour radius (this is subject to change, and is territory dependent)
