About The Position

Account Executive – Local Media Sales (Draw + Commission) If you’re a driven salesperson who wants control over your income, this is a high-opportunity role—not a capped salary job. We provide a monthly draw against commission so you have consistent income while building your book of business—plus uncapped earnings as you grow. You’ll work directly with local businesses across the Ohio Valley, helping them reach customers through TV, digital, and streaming advertising solutions. Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to learn advertising and marketing solutions

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business (calls, visits, networking)
  • Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Create advertising strategies using TV + digital + streaming
  • Present campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Manage and grow an existing account list
  • Work with internal teams to execute campaigns
