About The Position

As an Account Executive, you'll be equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. This role focuses on driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts while working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through targeted sales efforts
  • Generate leads using prospecting tools and outreach strategies
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet performance goals
  • Identify and maximize the potential of assigned accounts
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Represent RLS at trade shows and industry conferences
