Twotrees Technologies is seeking a driven Account Executive to help expand its presence across SMB and enterprise technology markets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent successful sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas in B2B sales environments
  • Experience in technology, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware, or related solution based sales environments preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer friendly terms
  • Self motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach to customer and team interactions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
  • Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams through phone, email, video conferencing, and in person meetings
  • Maintain reliable attendance and consistent responsiveness to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Operate a computer and related technology tools to manage sales activity and customer communications
  • Travel to client sites, meetings, and industry events as needed
  • Process information, prioritize tasks, and adapt within a fast-paced sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SMB and enterprise clients
  • Develop trusted relationships with IT leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Consistently exceed sales and activity goals
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and increase account revenue
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and strategic outreach efforts
  • Focus primarily on developing new business opportunities while also expanding relationships within existing customer accounts
  • Analyze account potential within existing customers and prospective accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales conversations and presentations around Twotrees Technologies’ solutions and services
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Use customer insights and market trends to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships
  • Contribute to sales strategy development by monitoring competitive trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, industry networking, and vendor training opportunities
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation through professionalism, responsiveness, and customer focused service
  • Other duties as assigned
