About The Position

The Account Executive will work closely with Business team counterparts to build campaign schedules and strategically plan the internal workflow of the team to meet campaign deadlines. This role involves managing day-to-day workflow, overseeing resource utilization, and ensuring all scoped projects have coverage. The Account Executive will also be responsible for capturing meeting notes, organizing campaign documents, and handling media assets and trafficking, with a specific focus on paid social. A key aspect of this role is proactively alerting the Business counterpart to any issues that may impact campaign schedules or client deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Understands digital, social, and partnership media landscape

Responsibilities

  • Work with Business team counterparts to build campaign schedules & strategically plan internal workflow to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow, including planning daily meetings, Teams channels, and internal status documents.
  • Oversee utilization of team resources, ensuring coverage for all scoped projects, team out of office, and flagging the need for additional resources.
  • Collaborate with Business counterpart to secure the right internal team members in all meetings to achieve the goal of the meeting or campaign milestone.
  • Capture meeting notes & share meeting recaps after all internal team meetings.
  • Book meeting rooms, order catering and plan logistics of meetings (whiteboards, pinning work, dressing the room).
  • Master of the team Google Drive, leading organization and storage of all campaign documents, final deliverable files, and notes.
  • Handle media assets and trafficking, with a focus on paid social.
  • Responsible for alerting Business counterpart when there is an issue that may impact the overall campaign schedule and client deadlines.
