Check out our website: Home - Fortis Select Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to build and grow referral relationships and support census growth across Howard, Carroll, Tipton, and Cass counties . This role focuses on educating the community and referral partners about Select Home Health’s services and expanding a strong network of healthcare referral sources.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience; home health or hospice experience (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Trella Health’s Marketscape) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans and track activity in CRM.
  • Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships.
  • Serve as liaison with clinical teams.
  • Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Complete reports and support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.
