About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is hiring an Account Executive / Marketer, also described as a Community Liaison, to join its expanding team in St. George, Utah. The role is part of the Home Health marketing team and focuses on establishing regional referral relationships and partnership opportunities with major regional referral sources. The position is full time and offers salary plus commission.

Requirements

Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare representatives and agencies.
Ability to communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel and agencies.
Understanding of various medical conditions and terminology.
Understanding of basic technology.

Responsibilities

Work with potential referral sources to educate them about home health care services.
Work with staff to ensure a team approach to marketing.
Implement market business development initiatives that support the home health agency’s growth objectives and strategies.
Establish regional referral relationships and partnership opportunities with major regional referral sources.
Contribute creative ideas to continue developing a cutting-edge marketing plan.
Remain flexible to accommodate schedule changes.
Travel as needed, potentially up to 90% of the time.
Work after normal business hours as needed to accommodate referrals and client needs.
Complete reports as requested.
Assist referral sources and the agency with picking up patient documentation and assisting with admissions.
Serve as a resource and provide information and education to referral sources, potential referral sources, and the community.
Meet with referring physicians and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction.
Educate referral sources about available home health services.
