About The Position

Phoebe builds AI teammates for home health, serving as the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country. The U.S. medical staffing market is valued at over $25 billion and is growing, driven by demographic shifts as the American population ages. AI is transforming the staffing industry, and Phoebe aims to lead this transition. The platform's value increases as more agencies and caregivers utilize it. The company is experiencing rapid growth, having achieved over $1 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the past six months and recently securing $9.5 million in funding from Slow Ventures and Quiet. Phoebe is a small, fast-moving team focused on building a sustainable business from its early traction. They are hiring an Account Executive to help meet the increasing demand.
