About The Position

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Account Executive local to Bowling Green, Kentucky, to support our fast-growing Voice (MSS) division. This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to organizations throughout the assigned territory by delivering tailored communication technology solutions that support their operational needs. This role offers the opportunity to combine consultative relationship-building with technology-driven problem-solving. You'll partner with organizations across your territory to understand their operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver communication solutions that help them operate more safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience within markets like manufacturing, construction, hospitality, utilities, education, or healthcare.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals while building and growing customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-first mindset.
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and understand operational challenges in order to recommend effective solutions.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technology product features, benefits, and value to customers.
• Strong self-motivation and personal drive, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• High-energy, result-driven individual who takes ownership of their work, pays close attention to detail, and embraces accountability.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders throughout the assigned territory.
• Serving as a trusted advisor by understanding operational challenges and recommending tailored communication technology solutions.
• Developing new business opportunities while strengthening and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from initial customer engagement and opportunity development through closing and ongoing account growth.
• Collaborating across the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term customer loyalty.
• Developing and executing territory strategies that drive revenue growth and support business objectives.
• Following up on leads and customer opportunities with urgency and professionalism to maximize engagement and business growth.
• Staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position MCA solutions.
• Advancing MCA's position as a trusted communications technology partner throughout the assigned territory.
