About The Position

Gynger is seeking an Account Executive with Fintech or B2B SaaS experience and a proven track record of sales excellence to join their team at a defining moment in their growth. This role offers the opportunity to own your quota, shape the product and GTM motion, and contribute to the team's culture. The ideal candidate is a motivated hunter who thrives in an early-stage, fast-paced environment, can adapt quickly, build their own playbook, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. The role offers the support of a seasoned leadership team with the autonomy to drive results independently. This position reports directly to the SVP of Revenue and collaborates closely with the executive team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, or 1+ year as an SDR/BDR ready to move into a closing role.
  • A proven track record of independently sourcing, managing, and closing deals and exceeding quota at a high growth company.
  • Experience selling to finance professionals, revenue operations or prior experience at a fintech company.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the resourcefulness to build processes where none exists.
  • A hunter's mindset: curious, competitive, coachable, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies within our ICP, identifying high value prospects and creating entry points to break into and expand strategic accounts.
  • Generate and qualify pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, building a consistent to of funnel motion across multi channel outreach to generate predictable, sustained growth.
  • Run consultative, insight-led sales cycles, applying command of the fintech and B2B SaaS landscape to translate Gynger's platform into measurable financial and operational outcomes for CFOs, finance and revenue operations teams and technology buyers.
  • Own your quota and contribute meaningfully to company wide growth targets.
  • Close the loop with marketing and product, sharing field insights that sharpen our positioning, messaging, and roadmap.
  • Lead by example, setting the pace for the broader GTM team as we scale.
