About The Position

1mind is a platform that deploys multimodal Superhumans for revenue teams. These Superhumans combine a face, a voice, and a GTM brain — equipped with deep technical and product knowledge. They can lead unlimited, simultaneous conversations 24/7, meeting buyers when they’re most active and engaged. Superhumans qualify leads, book meetings, deliver pitches, give interactive demos, handle objections, uncover pain points, build value models, provide support, and onboard customers. They live across websites, inside your product, can join live calls as active participants, and work alongside your team in deal rooms. 1mind Superhumans integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, scale instantly, and drive measurable impact — growing revenue, reducing headcount, accelerating pipeline to closed-won, and creating a more delightful buyer experience. We’re looking for elite Account Executives who thrive on challenge, own outcomes, and want to be part of something category-defining. You’ll run the full sales cycle, build pipeline from scratch, and lead conversations with senior executives at some of the most iconic enterprise brands in the world. You’ll evangelize a new way of going to market — AI-led revenue growth — and help us create the playbook for the next generation of GTM. Requirements

  • 3–7 years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling into GTM, product, or technical leadership — and a strong network with C-level decision makers in B2B SaaS
  • Background in early-stage, high-growth environments where speed and ownership matter
  • Proven outbound muscle — you can build pipeline from zero
  • Deep interest in AI, automation, and the future of work
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from outbound to close to expansion — across mid-market, and enterprise
  • Build and manage pipeline with a focus on executive-level outreach and high-velocity execution
  • Lead strategic discovery and demo calls that tie 1mind directly to measurable business outcomes
  • Partner with GTM leadership to evolve our strategy, messaging, and sales motion
  • Act as a credible thought leader and category evangelist for AI-led growth in the market
