We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager to manage complex client relationships, support renewal and placement strategy, and play a key role within a high-performing service team. Alera Group, founded in 2017, has grown to become the 14th largest broker of U.S. business. We are passionate about our clients’ success in Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With offices nationwide, our collaborative approach allows us to deliver national strength with local service. The Account Manager is responsible for managing a defined book of business (typically $750k–$1M in revenue) and supporting all aspects of client service, renewals, and account maintenance. This role serves as a primary day-to-day client contact, working closely with Producers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and retention.
