About The Position

Gynger is the agentic credit risk function for tech CFOs, enabling embedded financing at the speed and scale of tech. As a cash flow management platform with embedded financing, Gynger empowers B2B technology vendors to offer flexible payment terms to customers while securing upfront payment. Finance leaders utilize Gynger to integrate actionable insights with capital, optimizing daily cash flow, accelerating deal cycles, mitigating risk, and executing long-term strategies. The company is building the infrastructure for financed tech B2B deals, with AI agents embedded in the credit and risk function, directly within the sales process. This provides buyers with buy-now-pay-later flexibility for technology purchases and ensures vendors are paid upfront. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in NYC, Gynger has secured $20M in Series A funding from investors including Gradient Ventures, Velvet Sea, BAG Ventures, and MXV Capital. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, or 1+ year as an SDR/BDR ready to move into a closing role.
  • A proven track record of independently sourcing, managing, and closing deals and exceeding quota at a high growth company.
  • Experience selling to finance professionals, revenue operations or prior experience at a fintech company.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the resourcefulness to build processes where none exists.
  • A hunter's mindset: curious, competitive, coachable, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies within our ICP, identifying high value prospects and creating entry points to break into and expand strategic accounts.
  • Generate and qualify pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, building a consistent funnel motion across multi-channel outreach to generate predictable, sustained growth.
  • Run consultative, insight-led sales cycles, applying your command of the fintech and B2B SaaS landscape to translate Gynger's platform into measurable financial and operational outcomes for CFOs, finance and revenue operations teams and technology buyers.
  • Own your quota and contribute meaningfully to company wide growth targets.
  • Close the loop with marketing and product, sharing field insights that sharpen our positioning, messaging, and roadmap.
  • Lead by example, setting the pace for the broader GTM team as we scale.
