About The Position

Aroma360 is a leader in luxury scent marketing and home fragrance, bringing the signature scents of five-star hotels and exclusive destinations to homes and businesses worldwide. The company's mission is to transform environments through fragrance and share the science of how scent influences mood and experience (Aromachology). They are seeking enthusiastic and driven Account Executives to join their Inside Sales team, focusing on a high-ticket telesales role with an average sale value of $3,500. The role involves guiding clients through premium scenting solutions and closing luxury-level deals.

Requirements

  • Motivated professionals with the drive to succeed in a Base + Commissions telesales environment.
  • 3–5 years of proven success in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
  • A passion for luxury products and an appreciation for how scent can elevate everyday spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, introducing clients to premium scenting solutions and fragrance collections.
  • Build genuine connections with customers while confidently closing 36-month product and service agreements.
  • Manage pipeline efficiently through Salesforce CRM, staying organized and on top of every follow-up.
  • Deliver engaging sales conversations that bring the Hotel Collection experience to life.
  • Exceed performance goals through persistence, product knowledge, and great communication.
