About The Position

Luminovo is undergoing a global expansion, extending its European success to new markets including Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Asia. This is an opportunity to be a pioneer and join the North American team. The role is for an experienced SaaS sales professional who acts as a strategic consultant to customers, not a transactional agent, and is interested in selling B2B software that has a measurable impact on a trillion-dollar industry. The first Account Executive in Austin, TX (hybrid) will be responsible for turning cold prospects into warm, qualified opportunities to fuel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from generating your own pipeline and qualifying (inbound) leads to bringing deals over the finish line.
  • Build a strong network within the electronics industry, connecting with relevant electronics manufacturers (EMS), electronics designers (OEM), and partners.
  • Attend sales fairs and establish a strong local positioning for Luminovo with marketing team support.
  • Generate interest through a mix of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreaches, maintaining a high pace and utilizing sales enablement materials and prospecting tools.
  • Run customer-centric discovery meetings to uncover the customer's situation and pain points, and clarify how Luminovo's solutions can create impact and value.
  • Deliver inspiring product demonstrations tailored to the customer's pain points and desired impact, and clarify Luminovo's positioning in the competitive landscape.
  • Hold workshops and product deep dives with domain experts to prove the solution's value and support with ROI calculations.
  • Guide prospects through the buyer journey, negotiate win-win agreements, and close deals.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of the customer's individual case to customer success.
  • Provide industry insights, leveraging product experts for answers and generating new insights for product teams.
  • Build expertise in B2B SaaS sales within a technical industry, using the SPICED framework.
  • Proactively track metrics and leading indicators to achieve goals.
  • Mentor junior Account Executives through coaching, iterating the sales playbook, and acting as a role model.
  • Build trust with management and peers to embrace feedback and proactively seek support.
