We're now making our first dedicated investment in US sales headcount, and this is your chance to join as a founding member of our North American team — with real influence over the playbook, uncapped commission, and a clear path to senior AE or sales leadership as the team scales. We're looking for a driven, resourceful Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our US go-to-market motion — from prospecting through close — converting pipeline into revenue with Finance and Procurement decision-makers at mid-market companies. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of full-cycle closing and a hunger to build something new rather than just run an existing playbook.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of full-cycle SaaS/tech sales experience with a proven track record of closing
  • Strong outbound experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
  • Confidence engaging Finance and Procurement executives (CFOs, Controllers, Procurement Managers)
  • Excellent discovery and demo skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunger to grow

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling procurement, AP automation, ERP, or adjacent FinTech software
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Gong
  • Experience at an early-stage or scaling SaaS company
  • History of quick career progression
  • Ability to build outbound sequences and messaging without heavy marketing support

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle outbound and inbound sales, from prospecting to close
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demos tailored to Finance and Procurement buyers
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline across the entire sales cycle
  • Partner with SDRs to develop outreach strategies and share market feedback
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and leverage Gong for deal coaching
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
