About The Position

Agicap is a rapidly growing European scale-up with a significant customer base and recent funding. They are expanding into North America by opening an office in Austin, Texas, and are seeking to accelerate revenue generation with a local team. Agicap provides a cash flow management and forecasting solution for SMBs and Mid-Market companies, aiming to become the global financial management solution for these businesses. They are looking for talented individuals to join their ambitious venture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Experience preferably in the SaaS industry and with the mid-market space.
  • Some experience working in a finance department, audit, or consulting.
  • A passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Tenacious, resilient salesperson driven by results.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Team spirit and a desire to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct discovery calls, evaluations, and product demonstrations to showcase Agicap's value.
  • Define and implement a sales development strategy with SDRs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze performance with Management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to improve processes and the product.
  • Share commercial expertise and ideas to enhance team performance.
