The Account Executive will carry this mission into various settings such as parking lots, ranges, retailers, and training rooms. The position emphasizes face-to-face, relationship-driven sales with a credibility-first approach, particularly with firearms instructors, range owners, and individuals concerned with self-defense and personal freedom. The ideal candidate will be a responsible gun owner who can build rapport within the community, or be willing to learn and approach the role with humility. The role requires building strong local relationships, delivering engaging presentations, educating individuals on self-defense and liability protection, closing USCCA memberships ethically, and managing a territory pipeline. The relationship with the member extends beyond the initial sale, requiring an outstanding member experience.
