About The Position

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
  • Love closing deals and helping businesses by delivering a product that has concrete value.
  • Solutions oriented—recognize objections and help customers see value in our product regardless of their knowledge of our industry.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Resilient—bounce back from setbacks quickly, resourceful, and find creative ways to get things done.
  • Comfortable with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Passion for solving big problems and having an immediate and positive impact.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Must be located in Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close.
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build and manage a pipeline.
  • Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.
