The Team Lead position involves conducting sales calls (via telephone) to designated healthcare professionals to educate and promote Client brand and product for appropriate patient use. The role requires maintaining a current and competent level of knowledge on the program and customer activity, and actively utilizing all applicable tools for product and program promotion. A significant part of the role is providing coaching and support for assigned team of Inside Sales Representatives by observing discussions and providing feedback. The Team Lead is responsible for all customers and sales in the assigned territory, engaging targeted audiences in in-depth program discussions over the telephone (inbound/outbound calls), and managing a target list of accounts with a call focus on therapeutic areas identified by the Client. This includes providing value-added benefits to maintain and increase product usage, creating and implementing business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals, and managing daily sales call activity to optimize time and efficiency. The role also involves maintaining call productivity and metrics, representing the Client as a leader in the healthcare industry, demonstrating thorough knowledge of Client product program, effectively communicating product features, advantages and benefits, and developing sustainable relationships.
