As an Account Executive (AE) at Padilla, you’ll be a proactive driver of client success — blending strategic thinking, digital savvy, and creative storytelling to deliver measurable results. You’ll manage day-to-day client work, develop content and engage in media relations, and harness emerging tools, including AI, to optimize efficiency and creativity. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to shape integrated communications programs, from strategy through execution, across earned, owned, shared, and paid media. The ideal AE thrives in a digital-first environment, enjoys writing across formats, and brings curiosity, initiative, and strong client partnership skills to every project. This is a hybrid role that requires in-office work. Candidates must be within commuting distance of our Minneapolis office.
