About The Position

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a motivated Account Executive to expand its commercial client base and foster strong relationships within the communities it serves. The role involves researching and identifying potential commercial clients, conducting introductory meetings to move leads through the sales funnel, and ultimately converting them into clients with initial projects. The Account Executive will maintain a detailed sales activity database using CRM software and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth client transition. A key aspect of the role is embodying the company's 'humble, hungry, and smart' ethos.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable with prospecting and relationship building.
  • Tech-savvy (CRM and LinkedIn proficiency required).
  • Willingness to travel out-of-town to multiple SERVPRO Team Wall office locations for business development.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts, moving leads from cold outreach to client status.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals.
  • Attend networking events and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers for seamless client handoffs.
  • Represent SERVPRO Team Wall with integrity and professionalism.
  • Support disaster response and emergency readiness efforts when needed.
