You’ll join a high-energy, values-driven team obsessed with results and innovation. As our Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for high-value B2B deals, primarily targeting real estate investors and businesses in the home services space. You’ll act as a strategic consultant, leading profound discovery calls to uncover core problems, running tailored demos that provide clear solutions, and driving deals to a successful close. If you are a proactive hunter who maintains momentum, keeps a clean pipeline, and ensures a seamless handoff to our Customer Success team, you are exactly who we need. You are the closer and the owner.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years closing high-ticket B2B sales (SaaS preferred) with complex, multi-call cycles.
  • Proven experience selling high-ticket services or software to clients in the real estate investing or home services industries (at least 1-2 years selling to investors or business owners).
  • Demonstrated evidence of self-sourcing and re-engaging dormant leads to fill pipeline.
  • Strong skills with CRM/engagement tools.
  • Concise note-taking, clear next steps, and reliable sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic consultant and growth engine for the team.
  • Conduct investor-caliber discovery calls to deeply listen, surface core problems, quantify business impact, and earn trust.
  • Utilize discovery insights to conduct tailored demos showing how products/services solve diagnosed gaps.
  • Handle objections (pricing, contracts, etc.) head-on.
  • Execute clear, timely follow-ups across all open deals to maintain momentum.
  • Proactively fill the pipeline through calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and reviving dormant leads.
  • Confidently and professionally negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
  • Provide concise, actionable handoffs to the Customer Success team.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM, including contacts, notes, next steps, and deal status.
