About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise redefining modern Pilates through structure, strength, and consistency. We’re building something exceptional in Royal Palm Beach—and that starts with a team that executes at a high level. We are looking for a closer—someone who moves fast on leads (minutes, not hours), is comfortable asking for the sale every time, tracks numbers daily and improves conversion rates, and thrives on goals, targets, and accountability. This role is a hybrid role combining remote sales (calls/texts/lead follow-up) and in-person community events in the Royal Palm Beach / Wellington area. The studio is opening July 2026. Requirements

  • Must be local to Palm Beach County
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events
  • Proven ability to close sales and hit targets
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, in-person)
  • Confidence, persistence, and resilience
  • Organized and metrics-driven
