About The Position

Onclusive is a world leader in media intelligence technology and services dedicated to supporting PR, Communications and Marketing professionals. Our unified platform and services enable our customers to make fast, accurate, data-driven decisions about their communications and marketing strategies, allowing them to prove and improve their value. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in the US, based in New York City. This role is focused on new business generation and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline, with a strong focus on relationship building and outbound strategy, while also working inbound opportunities. You will guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing, and will take the initiative to move things forward without needing to be prompted.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, in an Account Executive or similar closing role.
  • Comfortable running outbound activity and proactively building pipeline.
  • A solution seeker with a strong growth mindset, always looking to learn, test and improve.
  • Resilient and adaptable, staying calm and focused when priorities change.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
  • A natural collaborator who understands how individual work connects to wider business goals.
  • Fully accountable for results and outcomes.
  • English speaking.

Responsibilities

  • Sales prospecting and outbound strategy through calls, emails and social selling, with a clear focus on quality pipeline and results.
  • Full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.
  • Solution selling focused on business impact and ROI, not just product features.
  • Pipeline management, activity tracking and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Solution Consultant and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Staying close to current events, market trends and competitors to strengthen sales conversations.
